Trying to cancel a GTC order

Hi - I've entered a test order to buy 1 contract of the ES at $2 and it is stuck on my screen as GTC and will not allow me to cancel. It is really distorting my ES chart as it is taking into account the buy order 1400 points below. Any help on how to cancel this would be greatly appreciated!

Restart and reconnect, if he order is still there, try to cancel, if it doesnot cancel, call broker to cancel.

I am actually just using the simulator and the order is not a live order with a broker. I have restarted and reconnected several times and the GTC order will not disappear. When i grab the order and try to change the price on the chart, the order moves but will not stick at the new price.

I have just found the answer by reseting the simulator. Thanks for the previous help.
