Sync log file time

How can I sync the time on the NT logs with my broker time (IB)?

For example, if I buy at 13:46:12 market time then I would like the log to represent that rather than logging the time as my local computer time.

Hi Shadab, unfortunately this is not supported - NinjaTrader will use the local set PC time to stamp executions and data. We recommend synching it regularly to provide accurate stamping.

Can you please keep such a feature in mind for future updates? It would be immensely helpful in matching times of when a signal to trade is received and when the order is sent and when it is executed. I am currently having a problem w/ my broker regarding a bad execution which would be made immensely easier if NT could tell me exactly when it sent out the trade. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. You can always check your log files for exact times in the MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > log folder. Every day the software is run gets a separate txt file for review.
