Two basic charting questions

Hi,

I've looked in the docs and done a basic search. My questions are really simple.

1) I want to see price bars in pane one (e.g. ES M9) and the NYSE tick in page two. How do I chart two separate tickers in one chart window? Incidentally, I have a Zen-Fire account, and Zen-Fire doesn't appear to provide the TICK data. I also have eSignal. It appears I can connect to both at the same time.

2) I use multiple chart windows of the same symbol but different intervals (e.g. 300 Tick and 900 Tick). I scroll back and forth to look at a setup in one chart and then switch to the othe window and scroll to see what it looked like at the same time. Is there a way to link the windows such that if I move the cursor in one, the other moves to the same point in time? That would save *so* much scrolling.

Thank you for your post.

1.) Unfortunately this is not possible in the current version of NinjaTrader. Version 7, which is slated for a beta release in the second quarter, is expected to include the ability to display multiple instruments on the same chart.

2.) Please enable the Global Crosshair cursor in all of the charts that you wish to see move together. You can enable the global crosshair in the toolbar or by clicking CTRL + G.
Once the global crosshair is enabled in your charts, they will scroll along with one another.

Hi Danny,

I activated the Global Cursor in two ES M9 charts (the only open charts) -- one 300 tick, the other 900. They remained independent charts until I linked them. I guess I don't understand how to achieve the same result without linking them. It's working, though, which is what matters.
