Why is Automated Trading Forum Different?

All the other forums have an large number of threads visible when you click on this particular forum, however this one seems to show only 5 threads yet it looks like there are thousands of threads.

Why is this particular forum different from the others in the quantity of data shown?

Hello kocmodpom,

I display 50 threads per page on my end in the Automated Trading topic.

Could you please log out and back in and check if this will make a difference. Try reloading the browser as well.

Its been like this for at least the last 8 - 10 months. If you want more than a couple of threads, you have to specifically request them every time.

Guys, please don't get confused. Check out the "Display options" at the bottom of each forum page. On my login it by default says "From the 'Last Day'" which apparently on that particular forum does not yield a lot of threads.

If you wanted to see more you needed to change that setting. I believe you even could set it up in your profile (but I'm not sure).

Nope, my settings are set to the forum default which for this page is only 5 threads. I did change it to the last 2 weeks though, but 5 is the forum default so if this is only a last few months phenomenon, it was done at the administrative end.

Not sure what you mean: forum default is "Last day". Please change it to your liking.

You can save settings under 'User CP' - 'Edit Options'.

Ok Guys,

We all know NT's default settings for this forum are different from the others. Duh!!!!!

In User CP - Edit Options

Change the setting for

Default Thread Age Cut Off

from default to 45 days or what ever. save changes.

Problem goes away.
