Cannot connect lo NYSELIFFE instruments

I want to trade gold-mini.
Its code is YG, and recently moved form ECBOT to NYSELIFFE.
I tried to set the properties through the instruments menu, but couldn't.
Please find attached the error screen and everything that should help.

PS: NYSELIFFE is not available in the menu, so I checked NYSE and LIFFE separately.

Hi,

Can you check which exchange is selected when you have the instrument selected in the Default instrument list of the Instrument Manager? You can check this by highlighting the YG in the window and then move it with the '>' button to the middle, you should see an exchange and expiry date in the section under all instruments, change it to either Liffe or NYSE to see if data comes in.

Let me know if this corrects your issue.
