disable trading function

disable trading function

is it possible to leave NT open and connected to my broker (so I'm receiving the data), but to disable trading? my broker is MB Trading who don't provide back data, so I'd like to be able to leave NT on and be connected all the time to get the continuous data info. but i don't want my son to accidentally enter a trade if he gets into my office and has a play on my computer while I'm not there.

Hi, thanks for your post - you can simply go to the File menu and enable 'Global Simulation Mode'.
