Order Ref

Hello,

It's possible for IB order to set an "Order ref". It's like an ID for the order.

Very usefull if for a same Instrument i have many strategy and can audit each separate.

Do you know if i have a way to send this order ref to IB order for see it in TWS or IB report.

Or do you know a similar way to do it (check each order for each strategy on the same instrument) ?

IB use "Order Ref" which can be see in his report. (see link in previous message)

How to set this information when transmit order by Ninja oif file ?

I think it confuse to say Strategy in this doc.
You have ATM strategy and Ninja script Strategy. I made a long time for understand in oif file (or builder) Strategy is in reality ATM and not ninja script.

In all case, i can put that i want oif file (strategy name, id ), it doesn't appear in tws screen and not in IB report in the field "Order Ref".

It should be really great if when i send order by ninja oif file , if the field "Order Ref" in IB report can be filled.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with this "Order Ref" field you are referring to. This is something in TWS right? Are your OIF orders working correctly now?

my oif works fine since many weeks, it's not the troubble

yes it's something in TWS right.

what's a pitty that ninja doesn't use the advantage and smart features available with IB.
