Charts did not show

Hi:

I upgraded to 1000.9 but I no longer see any chart data. I use Mirus (demo) with Zen-Fire data feed. Do I need to do something else?

Hi Craig,

Thank you for your post.

Please delete and recreate the connection using the steps below. Then, open a chart, right click and select Reload Historical Data and let me know if the issue persists.

To delete the existing connection:
From the Control Center, click Tools > Account Connections.
In the account connections menu, select the Mirus/Zen-Fire connection and click Remove.

Then recreate the connection using the steps listed at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_ZenFire.htm

Followed instruction you gave and now comes out with a connection error:

Unable to connect..."Please check internet parameters and connection"

Please include your zen-fire username and password so that I can attempt to replicate the issue on my end.
