TF Russell loading data error

I been having a problem with getting data on to charts for TF Russell
I get this message
"Error on loading chart data for 'TF 06-09 Ipe': NinjaTrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available."
I use velocity futures and i have contacted them, i followed every step they told me to do and i still cant get it to work .
All my other symbols work..
Any reason why it can't load data on to charts?

Am I correct, you use Trading Technologies as data feed provider in NinjaTrader?

If so, TT does not support historical data itself. As a courtesy, we allow live TT users to make use of our historical data server.

The TF is supported on the historical data server. However, it needs to be set to the Nybot exchange in order to retrieve historical data. I suspect you will need to set it to Ipe in order to receive real-time data for the TF with your broker.

You could create an additional TF instrument set to Nybot to create TF charts that display historical data.

Yes i use TT with velocity
I did change it to nybot and loaded the historical data, but to get real time data i would need to go back and delete the nybot and and Ipe and when i load symbol again it gives me the same message.. what are some of the steps that i have to do?

Unfortunately it is not possible to avoid the error message.
