    IB "FX Portfolio" issue

I am struggling to sort out an issue with non-active "positions" in "FX Portfolio". I have "position" value for GBP.USD of -69,201 with an "average price" of 2.0375, when this is displayed on a NT chart it shows this position at 2.0375 and autoscales the chart so it is effectively unreadable.

I discussed it with IB this morning - in the IB API setup they suggested unticking "Include FX positions when sending portfolio". I did this and it removed the "FX Positions" from the chart but it lead to severe problems with managing trades.

Is there a simple way to get round this issue ? - Ideally I would like to zero the non-active "FX Portfolio" positions rather than fudge it in NT.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Is there a way to take out these "non-active FX Portfolio positions" in TWS?

Sorted the problem -- IB help told me to right click on the "FX Portfolio" entries and use the "Adjust Position or Average price" to modify the values to whatever I want... they are all Zero now and I'm a happy bunny.

edited -- just seen your post RJStein -- thanks for the quick reply (again)
