Symbol Mapping problems

I am currently connected to eSignal

in the instrument manager in 6B7 the instrument is QG (NYMEX miNY nat. gasfuture) which maps to eSignal QG.

QG is not correct for eSignal - the continuous contract for QG on eSignal is QG #F. But when I put QG #F in the map I get no data...

What is the correct map for QG on eSignal?

this is stumping me:

QM J7 is running in eSignal and NT is displaying the data as QM 04-07:

Please send a screenshot of your settings for the QM to [email protected]

Open up the instrument manager under the Tools menu and then highlight the QM in the middle section and click Edit. This will open up the instrument editor. In the editor you need to take a screenshot of the Definitions and Misc tab.
