After intalling the 6.5 version, I started the program and got an error stating could not compile custom assembly. Opened Ninja again and it started ok, but one of my indicators and strategy is gone. What can I do?

Could you please go to Tools-->Edit NinjaScript-->Indicator/Strategy and check if you can find the missing indicators and strategy there.
If so, double click any file and hit F5. Check if all NinjaScript files compile successful. I suspect there are errors in the missing files. Upon compiling, you will be informed if errors are present at the bottom. Double click the error and you will be directed to the location of the error.
