Cant connect to esignal

I'm trying to connect to esignal and this message comes up ....

"this application has failed to start because IMPLODE.DLL was not found . Re-installing the application may fix this problem .

I just installed NT on a new computer when this occured . I re-installed NT and tried again but the same message comes up . I attached the log for today .

I subscribe to data only . Do I need to download something from esignal ?

Yes. You need to have eSignal installed on your machine. Go to their webpage and download their software.
