Newby Script question

[rehtrade]

I want to create a time frame, when my auto trade program will run in my auto trade script that I am making in the NT wizard.
I can't find it in the help guide and the Introduction to Ninja Script wizard, just shows what it looks like, not the sets I need to take.
When I experiement making it, I just keep getting error messages.
So, this is what I want to do and please tell me the steps to do it:

trade from 7AM to 11AM
and from
1:45 to 4PM.
