    Problems with cleaning orders

    Dear NT support,

    I have been unable to clear out stop&limit orders in the "order tab" with a pendingsubmit/initialized/filled/cancelled status. The TIF is either Day or GTC. The cancel button is totally inactive. The "file/flatten everything" does not close them either.

    I have also a problem with a stop and a target order on a chart. I can't remove them by clicking on the "x".

    Thank you for your note.

    First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.
    Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.
    To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> and click Repair DB.
    If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.
    If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.
    To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset

      Hello Kyle,

      Thanks for the advices, it has made the cleaning on the SIM101 and other simulation accounts.

      I would like now eliminate these additional simulation accounts but I get the message that I can't do it because they are still in use! I have no charts nor strategies running on these accounts (I have put everything on SIM101).

      What can I do to eliminate these additional simulation accounts?

        I suggest to disconnect from any data feed. Close all windows except the Control Center. Close any workspaces opened in the background.

        Try removing the accounts once more via Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab-->Accounts.
