I'm trying to get daily charts of ^NDX which is accessible from yahoo.com, but on ninja trader it gives me an error trying to load the data. I tried messing around with the instrument manager adding different exchanges with no success.

Please try the pre-setup NDX symbol when connected to Yahoo. -
Ok thanks for your reply, please go to Tools > Instrument Manager and find the NDX in the master instrument list and click on edit. Go to the misc tab and enter ^NDX in the symbol mapping under Yahoo. After this click ok and select only the Nasdaq exchange on the definition page. Then click on OK and go back and try opening your chart.Comment
