Market Depth resets with NT6 restart

On a static dom, market depth resets everytime I restart NT6. I have to go in and change market depth to false, hit apply, then change it to true and hit apply again to get it to work properly.

    Hello ETemp:

    Thank you for your post.

Once you set your Market Depth Property in the SuperDOM and click Apply. Please click 'Set Default'. Then every SuperDOM you open will have that property enabled.

      Hi,

Thanks for the reply. However, the issue is not with opening new dom windows. This occurs every time I start NT6.

When I shut down NT6, I go to control panel and exit thus leaving all of my windows and dom settings as they were. When I restart NT6, the market depth is gone. Everything else seems to be as I left it the last time I logged off, only the market depth is off. The only fix I have found is to go in and change the settings as I mentioned earlier.

        Hello ETemp:

Thank you for replying. That is interesting, we have had no other reports.

A couple of things to verify.

        1. While working with NT 6 beta, make sure you are usinng our latest beta release, beta 7. You may download our latest release from the website.

        2. Who is your datafeed provider?

        3. As mentioned in my prior post, ensure that you are clicking the 'Set as Default' for your SuperDOM windows after clicking 'Apply'.

A screen shot of your SuperDOM and Properties window would be helpful.

        Regards,

        Ryan

          Hello ETemp:

Also, it would be helpful for me to check your log files.

You may send these to support through the software. Go to Help > Mail to Support and ensure that 'Zip and attach trace and log files is checked'. Please put Attn: Ryan in the subject line.

          Thank you,

          Ryan
