i updated with the lastest release and it is crashing on load
trace file attached.

I deleted a prior post that suggested re-installing .NET. At this time, I feel we can try a few other options. We are going to review the trace file you posted (thanks) and provide some further instructions overnight.

Please follow the steps below.

Create a backup file to save your setttings.

Uninstall any third party assembly.

Uninstall NinjaTrader via the Window Control Panel.

Manually delete the following folder:
My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->bin folder

Clear your browser cache, download and re-install NinjaTrader.

Let me know if the crash persists.
