Thanks Josh.
I have a friend that this is all greyed out. Is there to fix this. He has reinstalled the software and this has not helped.
When he tries to import an indicator it says that there is an error.
Is there a contact number for him to call for support, or must he first email support?

Please ensure he is using the free license key as provided by NinjaTrader. I suspect he got a limited version from a brokerage.

He has the correct free version key. How do we ring support? Or must we email first, and they then ring?
