No historical data

I am using NT with a MB trading demo feed. When I attempt to open a chart of the ESH9, the chart candles start painting from when I opened the chart with no candles from the past. Any ideas?

charts start from the moment I open them

I have a problem with charts after fresh installation of NT with zen fire demo data feed. Each time I open the harts, the charts start from that moment in time. Reload historical data doesn't help. I use 5 range bar charts. I did not have this issue before, only after fresh NT installation. Any idea of how to resolve this?

Hello traderz,

Can you please check if your Zen-Fire connection has historical data enabled. Go to Tools-->Account Connections, highlight the connection and click Change.

Please check the Log-tab for any error messages.

Jason, zen fire has enabled historical data. I started charts again on 14:53 and all I got is a bunch of cascading bars with 14:53 time value, and the last bar is plotting actual market data.

Can you please close NinjaTrader and synchronize your PC clock and check if your time zone setting is setup correctly.

Start NinjaTrader and create a brand new chart and let me know if the issue persists. If possible, please post a screenshot of the chart.

You are a genius!!! Everything works fine after time synch! I was upgrading my heatsink and I had my PC powerless for couple of hours. I totally forgot to resynch...thanks!
