      If its of any help, I think the problem is with the streaming of live data. The historical data seems to be fine.

      Here are two images I have taken, the first one, the data from when I indicated "Connected here" and "Disconnected" was received by the NT platform live. When I then disconnected, and reconnected (5 seconds between), the chart was filled in with historical data, and it appears normal.

      If its of any relevance, the price action always gaps whenever I connect, the "bar timer" indicator doesn't work and I am using the NT platform in simulation mode.

        Thanks for feedback. However, we know exactly what causes the issue (=related to live data), we need to clarify with BarChart support in order to apply a proper solution.

          Error loading chart data for FESX 06-09 Eurex

          Hi all, not sure if this is the correct place for this ... I have been getting a error message on my FESX 06-09 Tick charts are not loading (other charts on this instrument - eg. min charts are OK) error message is attached.

          Tried disconnecting, connecting, re-loading historical data, loading new chart, re-booting PC etc, etc

            Try resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset instruments.

              Have you clarified with BarChart the problem yet?
