Can't access TD Ameritrade intraday data

I can access daily data for RIMM but cannot access 1 minute intraday data. I'm using TD Ameritrade. I was able to access 1 minute data last week.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Right click in your RIMM intraday chart and select "Reload Historical Data."

-Make sure it is a minute chart as tick data is not provided by TDA.

I tried reloading historical 1 minute data but received the following error messages:

Error on loading chart data for 'RIMM Default': Error - Data acquisition failed for 1 of 1 requests.Error retrieving data.

ERROR: BACKFILL "RIMM" Data acquisition failed for 1 of 1 requests.Error retrieving data.

I've been getting these error messages all day long when trying to access 1 minute intraday data.
      Daily historical data is fine.

Try the following steps and test your chart between each step:

        Please try repairing your database:
        1. Go to Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB
Please try repairing your NinjaTrader Installation:
        1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
        2. Go to Uninstall Programs in the Windows Control Panel
        3. Select NinjaTrader and hit the "repair" or "change" button and follow the instructions to repair the installation.
If that does not work, try renaming your database:
        1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
        2. Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
        3. Rename the file NinjaTrader.mbd to OldNinjaTrader.mbd

I've tried repairing the DB and NinjaTrader installation and rebooted the PC but still no luck.

I currently have NinjaTrader.mdb and NinjaTrader.Old.mdb in the db folder. Are you asking me to rename NinjaTrader.mdb to OldNinjaTrader.mdb? Won't this cause NinjaTrader to fail?

No, NinjaTrader will create a fresh database on startup.

If this does not work, please send in a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com. Please put Attn: Ray Stein in the subject and reference this post.

Can you also include your TDA username and password in the email so that I can test your connection on my end?

            Thank you!
