unable to cancel order

Hi, for a 'stuck' live order please contact your broker directly to have them cancel it for you. Then restart and reconnect NinjaTrader and it should be cleared up.

i can not place any orders on CL from the chart ,when i right click i get no buy sell option .

and the tick data is not updating automaticaly i have to refresh manualy.

Do you see any errors in the log tab? Which CL contract are you using at the moment? When you don't get live data for the CL you can't place orders...it would be helpful to see your trace and logs files, please contact me at support at ninjatrader dot com Attn Bertrand - Thanks!

which is the correct expiry date for 6A i have it on 04-09 but it just keeps crashing?

Please try using the 6A 06-09 for the current front month contract.
