Installation Problem

Hello,
I have just taken delivery of a new computer, quadcore with 4gig ram etc...
I am running win xp home sp3 with all updates.
I have just installed Ninja trader but am having problems starting the program.
the following link show the errors im getting.

The machine has .net3.5 installed and noice you mention .net2.0 could this cause a problem?
Any ideas on how to fix this?

okay, fixed by uninstalling .net3.5 and installing .net2.0sp1

Did you uninstall .Net 3.5 and install .Net 2.0 SP1 as well? If so, please send your trace file to support at ninjatrader dot com, refer to this post and put in the subject 'For Vince'.

You can find your trace under Start menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20090407
