Rollover Merge Data Issues

I'm having trouble getting ninja to rollover. There's some weird stuff. I changed the contract to ES 6-09 by deleting the ES 3-09 in the instrument manager. I went to the merge historical tab and entered the info. It gives me an error NO DATA..? The chart loads but on my 3 tick range chart it doesn't load the current data and yesterdays data but the it does load the previous days. On the minute chart it load all the historical data except for the current days. I'm connected to IQ and yahoo. What is going on? I also to try and load some historical data that I've loaded many times before and it wouldn't load. Maybe it got corrupt? Any help?

Hi,

There was no need to delete the March contract, simply rollover.

Go to Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset Instruments to get the ES March contract back. Then rollover and merge if you want.

I am having real difficulty with the the volume/tick data on the new ES contract charts. The minute charts seem fine.
I have reloaded historical data but it still seems wrong.
Any ideas. I know of several people experiencing the same problem.

Just FYI for anyone else looking here for help when I reset the Instruments it didn't change the list I made prior in the manager. I changed my contract to the ES ##-## this means it will rollover for me?

Mine was doing the same. Try to reset the Instruments.
