workspace problem

I downloaded a known to be good workspace file to my Ninja 6.5 workspace folder it appears in the Ninja workspace box but upon selecting it to open it does not display the chart and also closes any charts that might be open. Other than that Ninja seems to be working as it should. Thanks, Denny.

Not sure why that workspace doesn't load. You may have to recreate it. I suggest you create a backup so that you have a proper backup if you need it.

I have the workspace file. Do you mean that there might be an error in the file and so it needs to be recreated?

Hi,

I believe Ray meant that you need to remove that workspace and then re-add it again. Could be that something went wrong during creating. Please restart the software in between.

If this doesn't work, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. We will take it then from there.

I did as Vincent suggested and got the same results.
