Thank you for your post.

I am not able to reproduce.

1.) Test this with a NEW chart.

2.) Make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.8. You can check under Help --> About.
If not, please download from this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm

3.) Try repairing your database as well: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.

I could not reproduce this behavior either. Upon hitting CTRL + arrow down or up, it will increase/decrease the space between price bars.

I suggest to check your keyboard settings and check if they use the default settings; arrow down acts as arrow down, etc.

You are looking at a custom indicator. Please look in the Control Center logs for any errors. I suspect it may have run into a bug which needs to be addressed by the original author of that particular indicator.

it is nothing to do with the indicator . i have removed it and am still having problems and it only does this on 6J symbol .

ok i removed all indicators then added a defalt macd ......i noticed the tab at the bottom is always blank too.

i am still having problems with 6A 06-09 .....stochastics disapearing and not able to trade from the chart.

Are you getting data successfully now for the 6A 06-09? Can you please try going to MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces and deleting your workspaces xml files in this folder? Then restart NinjaTrader and see if this solves the issue. Thanks!
