Cant access ES

Good morning all , I am having trouble accessing the ES . I am using Esignal and I am able to get data to display in the Esignal data manager / symbol monitor so I know the data is available from Esignal . I cannot however get any data into control center or on a chart .

I can get NQ and YM data into control center and on a chart . In the NT instrument manager -> instrument editor -> Misc. -> Esignal the symbols are ES , YM and NQ . I tried ES #F there as well and no luck .

I use continuous contract expiry (##-##) on all three symbols in the NT instrument manager but can only access the NQ and YM . I tried ES 03/09 and 06/09 and cant access any data .

Hello starrynight,

Please try the following steps.

Go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and remove the instruments from your instrument list.

Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Add the instruments back to your instrument list and check if you receive data.
