Market replay recorder not working?

HI, what is the right way to record the market data?
In my default instruments, I have many futures symbols, from ES , dax, etc, but only one instrument got recorded when I tried to play it back.

Could anyone help?

Yes, I have real-time data from broker hooked up (AmpTT).
It used to record data when I was with mirus, but now it doesn't. any idea?

Please check if 'Run market replay recorder' is enabled under Tools-->Options-->Data-tab as well.

Market data recorder is checked. But, still no recording. Sometimes, it did record, but only 2 markets, while i have default of many futures markets in the list and also in market analyzer. Any idea?

dont you have to have a DOM or chart open for an instrument to be recorded?

In fact, I had all instruments opened in charts from ES, CL, NQ, TF, everything, since I monitor those instruments everyday.

Can you please do the following and then report back on Monday:
- Connect to your normal connection
- Open up the ES chart only
- Select a 1 minute interval
- Let it run for 2 hours
- Disconnect
- Open up on Monday morning and see if you have the data is recorded

I created new workspace and keep all the same market analyzer lists.

I only opened up FDAX chart, 1min. After 1 hour, I disconnect and open up market recorder data. It did record the data.

What is going on? I can't run market recorder it if I have many charts opened?

You should be able to record data with multiple charts as well.

I suggest to perform the same steps with multiple charts opened that receive real-time data.

Check after an hour, if the data you received real-time, has been recorded.
