instruments missing

Hi
I cant seem to access any instruments except futures despite selecting all/any in the intstrument list....I am with zenfire...the above applies when connected ie all non futures instruments are gone..but when not connected they appear in the list as usual?? Please advise

This is because ZenFire does not offer data for stocks etc. and you are only able to get data for the futures.

well atleast thats how my conclusion is to the situation.

Because the instruments are disapearing the second you are connecting to a provider that only offers futures...

Hello Lindsayf,

TimMe is correct in that you can only select the instrument type that is supported when connected to your data provider.
ZenFire no longer provides Forex data, therefore, you will only be able to see Futures instruments.
