    Chart Trader Collapses Chart

Often when I turn on Chart Trader all the data scrunches up and moves to the top of the chart with a vertical scale on the right all the way down to zero (even if the price is in the 80s). I have tried turning auto scale to off in the indicators property box on the only indicator displayed (which is an auto stop indicator), and I have also tried do-not-plot executions in the chart properties.

    What is causing this?

    Thanks

    Hello TurboSam,

Could you please check for an order or position located far away from the market price. Since the behavior occurs upon enabling ChartTrader, either an order or position is causing the chart to compress, since this far away value causes the Y-axis to expand, which subsequently compresses your chart vertically.

Yes, there is a pending order shown in the control center with a brown "pending change" shown in the "state" column of the CC grid. But I can't delete it and flatten everything does not affect it.

How do I get rid of it... is the only way to reset or repair DB?

      thanks

Try resetting the sim101 account at Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab first.

Got it. That worked. Thanks much.
