It would be helpful to review the SampleATMStrategy sample code provided in your NinjaTrader installation.

For example this would the syntax for a limit order at the bid -

AtmStrategyCreate(Action.Buy, OrderType.Limit, GetCurrentBid() , 0 ,  TimeInForce.Gtc, longTradeId, atmStratLong, longAtmId);
