importing tick data into fictitious symbol for backtesting

hi,

i've got some tick data i've imported into a fictitious symbol.


when i try and load a chart of this symbol to have a quick look at it, NT throws back an error saying that the symbol isnt available from my datafeed.

is there a way to stop NT from trying to connect to the external datafeed?

Disconnect from your data feed and it will draw from the database. You can also try removing the symbol mapping to the External Data Feed for that instrument.
