MB trading navigator problems

Ninja Trader works fine in similation except the orders do not show up in navigator, so my demo acct does not update. Am I doing something wrong? I have installed Ninja on several compueters and the results are the same. MB Navigator never updates. Can this be fixed?

Can you please tell me if you are using the free license or a live license with the NinjaTrader software.

Upon using the free license, you will be limited to trade the NinjaTrader sim101 account only.

NT navigator problem

I noticed I had the problem with sim but thought it was just limited to the sim, so sim and live

Can you please ensure the MBTrading demo account is listed in the NinjaTrader order entry window when using a live license in the Account field.

MBT navigator problem

I am in the demo sim account and when I place an order Ninja recognizes it BUT there is no handshake between MBT Navigator and Ninja. So to restate the proble. Ninja trader updates fine but MBT Navigator does nothing but show my initial balance.The account listed under options is sim101. (and sim 101 is in the account field of order entry....but still there is no update of MBT Navigator)

The sim101 account is a native NinjaTrader account, which is why the orders do not show in MBTrading Navigator.

So when you go live it allows you to switch between a live and sim account? And when you go live it will update MBT Navigator?
