    eSignal data feed error

After reinstalling XP Pro SP2 on a computer on which Ninja 6.0 worked fine, I reinstalled .Net 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 and Ninja 6. Now when I attempt to connect to eSignal for simulated trading I get messages from Ninja saying dbcapi.dll and implode.dll can't be found. Both these files are in the Ninja 6 and eSignal folders where they should be. I had this problem when I first installed Ninja some months ago and got around it by disabling the firewall and Windows Defender. That doesn't help this time. Nor does RegisterFix, clearing IE7 cache, etc. -- everything done to get a clean install.

Retreat to Ninja 5? Same problem.

    Any suggestions?

Did you install eSignal as well?

(I just installed a brand new machine last week and everything worked fine)

Yes, but with a fresh download and reinstall of eSignal 8.0 all is now well. Thanks for that suggestion.
