Difference between Live Sim and Replay Sim

I've noticed when I run a strategy during the day on live data in the Sim, I then get somewhat different results when I go back and do the replay.

Any idea's as to why?

Since it's a commercial strategy, loaded from a zip file, I assume it's a NinjaScript.
