Hello,

I'm a new user and seem to be having trouble de-activating the autocenter option in SuperDom.

Even thoughI uncheck the Autocenter option the SuperDom price ladder continues to move up and down to center the latest price. Is there another option/property somewhere that I need to be concerned with - or perhaps a Windows display setting?

Hello Ragman:

Thank you for your post.

There are 2 places in the SuperDOM to disable to 'Auto Center' feature. Please verify that you have disabled both.

1. Right click on SuperDOM and ensure 'Auto Center' is unchecked.

2. Right click on SuperDOM and go to Properties > Auto Center Price. Set this to 'False'.

Thank you for your reply.

My speculation is that you are working on the Dynamic SuperDOM, in which case the price ladder fluctuates and this setting cannot be changed. You may use the Static SuperDOM where the price ladder is static and does not fluctuate in price. If you are a subscriber, we must enable this for you and you must purchase TT credits in order to use.
