How to keep recorded data when downloading historical data?

I record the market daily so I can use replay later at the tick level.

However, I also do historical back testing so I use a different data provider to get historical data.

Question (phrased several ways):
When I load a chart with historical data from this alternative provider does it replace my detailed tick data that I recorded previously?

Is there a way to retain the detailed tick data from days I recorded and also have ninja load my strategy analyzer test chart with historical data that does not replace my tick data?

Does ninja store data differently for recorded data than it does when simply filling a chart that goes way back historically?

Replay data and historical data are saved in different places and will not interfere with each other.
