Symbols not shown in instrument manager

Re-installing the latest eSignal software should resolve the issue.

Yes reinstalling Esignal has worked, and now I have all symbols up and running,

Well it worked for a while but over the Friday trading period and today so far there have been multiple issues.
The ETF XLE will not load in the Charts or the Market Analyzer.
Trying to open any of the ETFs : xlf, xlp ,xly or in Time and Sales and no data is appearing, their charts do not update in realtime , however reloading historical data updates the charts .
The stocks seem to load correctly it's just the ETF's.
I am recieving realtime data in ESignal data manager for all the above ETF's.
I have tried reinstallling both NT and Esignal,no luck so far,

Hello Phill,

Can you please disconnect and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

Check if the issues persist.

Do you receive an error in the Log-tab when creating an XLE chart?

Are you able to receive real-time data in the Control Center or SuperDOM for the other ETF's?

Were there any changes in the instrument setup for these instruments?

Hello Jason,
Repairing the Database has not changed anything.
There is no Error log when creating a chart for the XLF.
Strange but absolutely none of the Esignal instruments show in the superdom even USO which works fine in time and sales and market analyzer.
I have reentered all instruments in the manager to try to correct the problem but no luck.
I do notice that for some esignal instruments there is a message in the log : unable to unsubscribe from market data for instrument xlp. Instrument type not supported for provider.
Also for USO oil and Tick which I am recieving data for.

Hello Phill,

I suggest to check if each instrument is using the correct symbol mapping for eSignal in the Misc-tab of the Instrument Editor.

Could you send screenshots of 1 ETF for both tabs in the Instrument Editor window.

I have triple checked the symbols and they are correct, I confirmed them with Esignal online Tech support.

Please set ETF's to Stock instead of Index.

That got the ETF chart updating...... until I then created a new market analyzer with the symbols changed to stock, then the charts stopped updating .

Hello Phill,

Could you please restart NinjaTrader. Do not connect to your provider yet and create all charts and other window including the Market Analyzer. Once you setup everything, connect to your data feed.

Check if all windows load with data.

Hello Jason,
well some symbols are now updating XLF,XLP,XLY, all good.
However XLE still shows no data at all but is showing realtime in Esignal symbol manager. Another symbol BKG is also not showing any data,
