Failed login Attempts

I have never had problems connecting to the gain capital live feed, but last night and ever since I have had this error pop up:

Login failed:Failed to connect to the Rates interface:System.Netsockets.SocketException:An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host at System.Net.Socket.Receive(Bytebuffer,Int3

I need to fix this as soon as possible as I am a full time trader and I do not have access to my account while I have this problem.

Hello mlung002,

I suggest to recreate your connection and remove your current one at Tools-->Account Connections. You can find a Gain connection guide at the link below.

Check if the error persists. If so, please send me your Gain username and password, so I can create and test your connection on my end.
