ES broker

Could someone out there give me some names/recomendations for brokers that deal with the ES and have a data feed that works with Ninja/ I know TD Ameritrade and IB are available, but I want to know of any others that may not be on that list.....


Also, if you just want to do a straight market buy/sell, not use super dom, is there a way to do that thru Ninja, but is there still a monthly fee for that?

AMP Futures, Velocity Futures, Mirus Futures, Infinity Futures, and many others.

Monthly fee to execute trades in brokerage account? Yes.
Monthly fee to execute trades in NinjaTrader's simulation account? No.
