I have the evaluation version of NT, an esignal data subscription for forex, and an MB Trading forex demo. I seem to be limited to the instruments in the Sim101 simulation account. I would like to trade forex in simulation mode. Will I need to license to do this?

Upon using the free license with NinjaTrader you wil be limited to trade the sim101 account. If you like to trade a live account or any other external account, you will need to purchase a subscription.
You can create a connection with MBTrading or eSignal as per the instructions at the links below.

eSignal:
MBTrading or eSignal will now provide data to NinjaTrader once connected to trade the sim101 account.
