i start a straetgy on 5 minute chart. later as the strategy is running, i change the chart timeframe to 1 minute. would it affect the strategy bar timeframes?

Thank you for your post.

No, you can verify under the "Strategies" tab in the Control Center that your strategy should still be running on the 5 minute data.
