I trade from the chart.

When an order executes, there is a sidebar at the execution point that keeps you update on the tick, currency or % gain.

It only shows 0.00 now and does not update as the tick moves.

What am i doing wrong?

Thank you for your post.

Please try the following to correct this. Test the chart before performing the next step:

Please try repairing your database:
1. Go to Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB
Please try repairing your NinjaTrader Installation:
1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
2. Go to Uninstall Programs in the Windows Control Panel
3. Select NinjaTrader and hit the "repair" or "change" button and follow the instructions to repair the installation.
If that does not work, try renaming your database:
1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
2. Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
3. Rename the file NinjaTrader.mbd to OldNinjaTrader.mbd

The windows unistall repair worked.

I have another question.

I have been buying on the dip. I keep adding to my position. The exection bar appears to adjust and when it shows a profit, i close it out with the CLOSE button.

When i go to the account summary, i have a loss.

The tracking indicator at the execution or summary of executions should indicate the profit or loss of all positions added, right????

I need to trust the indicator, but am not quite sure I understand how it works.

This line you are talking about is your average entry price. Review each trade in the "trades" tab of the Account Performance section to see if all the trades are being recorded correctly. Try unchecking the "group trades by ATM strategy" in the Account Performance tab to view individual trades.
