Deleting a strategy

When I try to delete certain strategies I get this error. When I try to follow the instructions, it will not send out e-mail??

Is it possible that when I copy/rename strategy "A" and call it strategy "B" I now have 2 strategies "A & B" if I attempt to delete the original "A" and keep "B" ....Maybe "B" needs "A" since it was copied??? ty

I am not sure why this is occurring.

Can you send in a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com? Please reference this post and include your trace AND log files for today. Try going to Help --> Mail to Support within the Control Center.
