ATM doesn't work on Gain demo

I have a stop loss and take profit level set via ATM on a Gain demo account and it doesn't work. Price goes through my stop loss and take profit levels but the position isn't closed. What am I doing wrong?

Please check your 'quote currencies in' setting under Tools > Options > Misc and make sure it is set to Pip for the demo - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_GAIN.htm

Also keep in mind the blue bid price has to trade to your target to execute.

Thanks, that did the trick. Do the values entered for stop loss and take profit levels take into account the spread?

Great, yes for example if you place your target 20 pips higher, the market will have to fill you, it can only do so by trading at this level with the bid price.
