Plotting Difference Of Two Instruments

How can I plot the difference in the prices of two stocks? ie, I want to create and plot an artificial entity called Stock 3 which is equal to the Price of Stock 1 - Price of Stock 2 at any time frame, or S3=S1-S2

Assuming that this is possible, how can I plot indicators (eg, MAs) on the S3 chart? Is this supported in NT6.5 or is it planned for later?

MultiSeries charting will be supported in our upcoming NinjaTrader 7 release.
