    not responding

    hi.
    when trading in sim my DOM would freeze and not allow me to adjust my targets. my control center and DOM would be not responding. this has taken my confidence away from going back into live trading. what are the possible problems and solutions. how susceptible is NT to viruses and spyware? or would it be more a software or computer problem?
    any help will be appreciated
