Setup connection with TDameritrade

I need to setup a connection for TDAmeritrade. I need to know what "Provider" shall i be selecting. I already have enabled "Express Trading" option through TDameritrade website.

You will need to select TD AMERITRADE as your provider when configuring the connection.

I have seen that link. However i dont see TD ameritrade as a provider. How can i add tdameritrade as a provider. Please provide details.
