Strategies Cntrl-S on Charts

When I right click on the chart to view the Strategies, the greyed-out panels of the strategies all show Exit at Close = True, even though the Strategies the themselves are Exit at Close = False. Is this unusual?

Where did you enter ExitOnClose = false; in the strategy?

I entered the code into Initialize() and when I checked the strategy in the Strategy menu of a chart, it was set to False.
